This course will focus on providing a high-level description of safety at airports, including: best practices for driving in different situations at an airport and how to interpret various signs, pavement markings and airfield lighting. In addition, a general overview of airport communications, whether with an air traffic control tower or without, and coordination through the NOTAM system, will provide key points on maintaining airport safety.
